YallaHammam (“we”) provides a guiding service to the traditional hammam in Essaouira, Morocco. This page explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.
Data we collect
- Booking request: name, preferred date, number of people, language, the name of your accommodation, phone / WhatsApp number and any message.
- WhatsApp chat: the content of the messages you send us.
- Analytics: anonymous visit statistics (page views, country, device), with no personal identification.
Use
This data is used only to organise your hammam visit, to get back to you and to improve our service. Booking requests may be stored in a private Google Sheet and notified to us by messaging (Telegram / WhatsApp).
Sharing
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the providers strictly needed: Google (Sheets), Meta (WhatsApp), Telegram, our web host. The partner hammam only receives the number of people and the time slot.
Retention
Booking requests are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by messaging us on WhatsApp or by e-mail.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising cookies. Only privacy-friendly analytics may be active.
